The ZP bagger is a semi-automatic system that is foot-pedal driven. We used it to package our chocolate-dipped banana products. I’ve attached photos of the machine and of products that we packaged using the machine. It does a very professional job and takes only a couple of square feet of floor space.
I paid for $8000 for the unit in 2010. I am asking $4000 for the unit.
The sale includes the following:
The machine creates bags from a roll of material that is pre-sealed on two sides. To create a bag, the machine seals the material on the bottom and creates an upper cut in the material, into which you drop your product. When the product is in the bag, you step on the pedal. This causes the machine to seal the upper cut and to create a new bag for your next product. It can repeat this process every second, or so. The last two videos on our web site illustrate the bagger in action (briefly).
More information about the bagger is available at http://www.zingpac.com/package.html. The unit on the right side of the page is similar to our unit. We did not use a funnel, as is shown in the image.
