Hi, we are selling a Savy Goiseau Chocolate tempering and enrobing machine. It is a continuous tempering machine with a capacity of about 20kg.

It allows you to set all three points on the temper curve and is a fantastic machine.

It is located at our factory in the UK.

It has not had a lot of use, and is in good condition.

Currently listed on eBay:

BIN: £10,000 inc VAT.

Brand new this machine is 30,000 Euro - widely used by many of the artisan chocolatiers in France.
