Looking for a small chocolate tempering machine (230~240v) for use in New Zealand, small capacity is fine (5 - 10 kgs).
Old machines are OK so long as they still go!

there is an italian company (that have benn manufacturing tempering machines since 1977) that has this table machine with 4 kgs capacity.It is a continuous tempering machine! Small but with interesting features.
