WANTED: Chocolate Tempering Machine
Hi Folks,
Looking for a small chocolate tempering machine (230~240v) for use in New Zealand, small capacity is fine (5 - 10 kgs).
Old machines are OK so long as they still go!
If you know of one available in New Zealand (international shipping can be expensive) please let me know

Hi Stu,
there is an italian company (that have benn manufacturing tempering machines since 1977) that has this table machine with 4 kgs capacity.It is a continuous tempering machine! Small but with interesting features.
