WANTED : Grinder/Melangeur for like 50-100 kilo's
We are looking in the first place for a company that has a little stone grinder/melangeur for (example from Cocoa Town) so we can do a test to see what conching can do for the taste of our bar.
Second we want to buy a machine for ourselves if we like the process. Anyhow we need a machine that can grind nibs as we want to start to import our own beans and work more towards 'bean to bar'.
Right now we import the paste ready made.

We have a testing facility in Roswell GA where you can see and test our CocoaT machines such as CocoaT Roaster, CocoaT Cracker, CocoaT mini Pregrinder, CocoaT melanger in operation. You can also test our Grindeurs here.
