I have a temperer that is been used less than 10 times. We have a chocolate shop and basically bought too much equipment. So I have a Revolution Delta 10lb capacity programmable tempering machine with the Holy Baffler 17lb capacity add on. Comes with accesories and 2 bowls. This is a $2100 machine. Barely used for $1500. Let me know. I have priced out the hillard little dipper and the capacity for my machine and its tabletop overall size definetley blows away the little dipper.
