Wanted: Small/Novice Tempering Machine
My wife works full time making chocolate for a well known boutique chocolate company and is looking to start experimenting with her own treats. I am in search of an affordable new or used Tempering Machine as a gift for the upcoming holiday. She has plenty of experience with these ,achenes but something that doesn't take much space and is fairly affordable would be ideal. I am open to anything you may have to offer.
