wanted small scale temperer
I am looking for a table top temperer able to do a min. of 10#/ max 50-80#. I would really love it to auto temper because I do not use seed chocolate, I make bars from cacao butter and powder. thanks I am in Canada, but will consider shipping from the states.

Beth - there is one on Kijiji in London Ontario for $600. It's a unit from Design and Realization - not sure if it's auto tempering however - think you seed those ones.
