Wanted: Used Hilliards Chocolate Tempering Machine(s)
I am looking for a used Hilliards Tempering Machine, 80lb. capacity would be ideal or a Hilliards Little Dipper.
I would be interested in other chocolate equipment also.
I am in Northern California and would like to be able to view the equipment and pick it up locally, but for smaller tempering machine will consider shipping.

Hi,
I have (3) 80 lbers 1979, 1992 and 1999. Also have a little dipper (don't know the year) All are functional. I would be willing to part with one of the 80lbs and the Little Dipper. Let me know if you want pictures.

Yes, could you please send me pictures of the two latest model 80 lb machines and the little dipper.
I was recently told to find the year on the little dipper, it is the first two numbers of the serial number on the front panel.
Also, how much were you asking for each of the units?
