This is now happening Feb 25-Mar 1, 2014 during the same week as the Hawaii Chocolate Festival, Hawai‘i Chocolate & Cacao Association, and Kailua Cacao Festival so you can easily come for all three and have a wonderful time with a full week of chocolate! Even experienced chocolate makers will get a lot out of this by participating hands on and learning to tune the cacao fermentation process so you and the cacao growers you work with can tune the entire process to get the tastes you're looking for from fruity, nutty, chocolatey, floral to spicy.
