We gave our first workshop at the recent Chocolate Festival in Honolulu which included an overview of the survey results sent to all farmers and processors, a workshop on starting a new cacao orchard, fermentation and chocolatemaking with small scale equipment.

I am going to sign up for the "friend" membership today. I would like to exclusively use Hawaiian chocolate in my future business (currently enrolled in Ecole Chocolat's chocolatier program).
