Wow, Gwen that Sand"wich" looks trully amazing! How long does it take you to make??? I am a Italian girl who bakes for a limited clientele....which includes lots of NYers!!! I love them! I will post some of my goodies later this week when I make my next batch. I make gourmet Biscotti and candy confetions. I look forward to being inspired by all of your creations. I hope I will be able to inspire someone else! =}

Hi Gwen, great sandwich! I love creative food art esp made of chocolate. I create restaurant graphics for a living. Right now, most of my clients are cafes in Manhattan. Something like this would be an awesome promotion for a special event sometime. What would it entail to show a sandwich like this in one of the cafes?
