Introduction to the group

This inspiration for this group came from ChocolateLife member Wendy Buckner, who was looking to "create a meeting place is for Chocolate Artists to serve as a source of knowledge and to encourage networking.

"Sculpting is an important creative outlet for a number of chocolatiers for reasons such as: the sheer enjoyment of it, competition, to show off talent in order to “wow” their customers, or as creations for events (such as weddings or corporate events).

This group is a place to discuss sculpting: why you do it, who you do it for, techniques you wish to share, and for any troubleshooting assistance you may need. As Chocolate Artists, we have a lot to learn from each other and a lot of great work to show. In this group we can gain inspiration from each other and further our knowledge of sculpting."

Great Idea.thanks wendy for this group. I started sculpting not too long ago. I find it requires lots of patience and accurancy.Great respect and dedication need to be put in to it. I appreciate the chocolate even more when i play with it like that. And the sense of accomplishement at the end is priceless.
