another custom box source
Hi everyone, and congratulations on anyone jumping into the artisan chocolates business......I'm just now FINALLY getting my shop open and our website should be completed in another week or two, so I noticed the discussion in here about custom boxes......my partner and I are currently in the process of finding a good custom box maker/printer, and we happened across these guys: www.brimarpackaging.com out of Ohio. ....very reasonable mimimums (as low as 250 boxes!) for now, we are going to just use some "off the shelf" packaging we found, but when we are ready to get something custom, we might go with Brimar.....they seem well organized and reasonable.......

Another resource is our company, Distant Village Packaging (distantvillage.com) for fair trade and sustainable specialty packaging. We have experience in working with chocolatiers. We also have low minimums.
We are a member of Green America and Chicago Fair Trade Association.
