Chocolate Recipe Development
Hi Everyone,
I am starting a business that combines both chocolate and dates / date paste, and need help with recipe development. The product will need to have a long shelf life and will be produced in a factory. If any one has experience or knows someone that can help, I would appreciate any suggestions.

Dates/dates paste usually have a really long shelf life ,(more than 6 month ) the thing u have to worry about is the nuts incase u used any !!
I usually fill the dates with almonds and dip them .. I tried alot of dates related things but not date paste ..
So if u tell me what are you looking for exactly maybe i can help
