Contract Manufacturing

I am part of a chocolatier in Kingston, Jamaica that is looking at manufacturing in the US due to capacity issues. We are looking at partnering with a manufacturing company to contract them for production, distribution, etc. Does anyone have experience with contract manufacturing /private label manufacturing? Or does anyone have any recommendations / suggestions of manufactures to reach out to?
