I have been asked several times if I could make certain truffles but I'm not exactly sure how to go about doing it. The most asked one is peanut butter banana truffle. I can make peanut butter truffles but how do I incorporate the banana flavor into it. I have never done it before. If anyone could help me out I would very much appreciate it. Thank you.

Hi Jennifer, I would just puree very ripe, fresh banana and heat it with the cream for the peanut butter ganache. I make a banana truffle without the peanut butter and this is what I do and it comes out great.

Good Luck,

Thanks so much. Do you use chocolate with your banana recipe?

I make my banana ganache with a blend of milk and white chocolate.

Sounds delicious! I'm gonna try the peanut butter banana truffle later this week. I will let you know how it turns out. Thanks again!

How do you make the peanut butter truffle?

I just heat the cream up and mix it in peanut butter chips.
