Has anyone on here had experience with a co packer and if so how is/was it? If you decided to make the product yourself was that the better choice for you? Any regrets or second thoughts?

Have not used a co-packer, but might consider it for something like bottled hot fudge sauce or caramel sauce. I would never consider one for chocolates. You will not get the same quality as doing it yourself. I'm not sure there is even a co-packer that does chocolates. More likely would be someone who would private label.
