Job Opportunity for HEAD CHOCOLATIER in Southwestern Ohio

Head Chocolatier

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated chocolatier to join a company and build a brand from the ground up in Southwestern Ohio. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

-     Entrepreneurial and skilled chocolatier with artistic flair and design skill

-     Must have confectionary, pastry/culinary training and confidence in ability to move from conceptualization to production

-     Responsible for product development, recipe creation and testing

-     Work closely with the production team to commercialize products and ensure quality

-     Hard-working team player comfortable in start-up atmosphere

-     Positive attitude, not afraid to challenge him/herself and the team

-     Excellent communicator and motivator who is creative and eager to take initiative

-     Requires strong attention to detail and an individual with a discerning palette

-     Good technical aptitude and computer savvy

-     At least 3-5 years of chocolate experience
