I am doing tastings with a local wine company...the kind of place that you can make your own barrels of wine.They sponsor all kinds of fun tasting events and thought the wine and chocolate theme would be fun. We have on tap a 6 wine, 5 chocolate tasting with some unusual chocolates everything from Fechlins "Cru Savage" to a Kiawe Smoked Salt Caramel.

I've just transitioned from my 4300 sq foot restaurant to a 1200 sq ft "chocolate studio." (Yeah!) I'm planning to use the front half for tastings and small classes. In addition to tastings for adults, I'd also like to do some tastings and classes geared toward children. Any ideas? I've got so many swimming around in my head, I'll post some when I actually nail 'em down. I appreciate any input.

Clay- Your meetups will surely be missed. We were fortunate, however, to learn as much as we could from you while they lasted. Not to mention all the great places (Sweetriot Hdqts, Godiva Hdqts to name only two; the boutique at ABC Carpet being my favorite) and interesting people we met. Thanks again!
