Hi everyone, Having been on a few courses in the UK for chocolate making (Chocolate Academy) I have recently moved to Turkey and want to get back into the swing of things. Does anyone have any ideas where I can purchase the range of Callebaut Chocolates in block or pellet formats? Better still if any one has some samples of alternatives it would be appreciated.

Comment by Pinoy Chocophile on May 26, 2012 at 12:13pm This is very interesting group! And I am very much interested to swap. We now have several chocolatiers (http://pinoychocophile.blogspot.com/p/pinoy-artisan-chocolates-and-...) here in my country One of my concern though is mailing/sending as well as receiving. I am from Manila, Philippines and I would like to know the best way to send and receive chocolate. The last time I received truffles from Germany they got melted and mixed up in a not so good package. Then another sad experience was a bar of choco was sent in a bubble envelope with holes and some mice/rats perhaps smelled its aroma and nibbled the envelope trying to get a taste of my chocolate. So I wonder what's the best way to send choco by mails - courier like Fedex/DHL may cost more than a bar/box of chocolates. I would like to be enlightened on this. I am really interested to swap.
