Hi, I am not professionally involved with choocolate but very interested in the growth of cacao and production particularly bean-to-bar. Are there any plantations we could visit or bean-to-bar factories? We will be in Tamil Nadu towards the end of December but can travel anywhere in the southern half of India. All I can offer in return are some samples of interesting UK bean-to-bar chocolate. Many thanks Carol (UK)
