A note from Subhashini Rajasekaran-

I am going to start a venture for sustainable socially-conscious growth of cocoa and chocolate products in india.

I have even found access to 5 acres of land in the Tamil Nadu / Kerala belt where the climate is suitable that will also allow the engagement of the youth in the village community in the development.

Please introduce yourself in the comments section and feel free to start discussions about any topic related to cacao and chocolate in India.

Which city are you based in?

Would you be interested in Barry Callebaut/Morde couvetures?

If yes, I can share their distributors number.

Hi Ritu,  we could sell you couverture from the Philippines it would cost you 10 usd per kg exclusive of freight cost.  I hope there is not much restrictions in shipping couverture in you country.

Hello everyone.. I'm Ritu and I've recently enrolled myself for an online chocolatier program. And I'm facing certain difficulty regarding the supply of couverture. The thing is that I can't find any supplier who would sell me small amount of couverture (2-5 kg).. Any lead of such a supplier who would sell smaller quantities of chocolates would be much appreciated...
Thanks and Regards
