Share 'Cacao Farm Visit'

A few preliminary pictures from my visit to the Los Ujuxtes (pronounced "los oo-hoosh-tays") cacao and rubber estate. A truly gorgeous place, their cacao harvest is constantly improving. The trees are healthy and vigorous, the cacao growing large and plentiful. I'm going back in two weeks to see and photograph the process from opening the pods to the final drying.
