We are hosting A Costa Rican chocolate festival held in a region that has been producing commercial cacao since 1650.
The festival will take place during the principal harvest season and allow for ample opportunity to visit farms to see fermenting, drying, etc. as well as the different artesenal producers of this area at work on their creations.
