One of the things I found out on this trip is that Felchlin makes a number of Grand Cru chocolates that are not imported into the US - four to be exact. In addition to this 64% dark there is also a milk at 42%. Both have this tantalizing smoky note that is characteristic of beans dried over wood fires.
