Muothatal is a mountain village not far from Schwyz. It is known as being one of the most "authentic" Swiss villages in the country. So they give tours of village life and craft. We had lunch, drank beer and a carbonated beverage called Rivella (which is made with the whey from cheese production believe it or not), made cheese and butter, baled hay in the traditional manner, and admired views like this one.
