Budapest, Hungary, is not normally considered a top destination for chocolate - even in Europe. Rózsavölgyi (pronounced roughly rho-zuh-vole'-zhee) is an eight-year-old company that's been producing bean-to-bar for four years now. And doing a job that is on par with many of the better craft producers in the world. They're buying beans exclusively from Venezuela through the Franceschi family.
