Grenada Chocolate Company founder Mott Green. Mott was one of a "chocolate mafia" who was in London for the Academy of Chocolate conference and Chocolate Unwrapped who was also in Amsterdam. Other members of that group (in addition to me) were Maricel Presilla, Santiago Peralta, Bertil Akesson, and Martin Christy.
