I can't believe I posted this upside down yesterday. We were awarded this for quality and flavor in the 'Spicy' category at the COE event held at the Salon du Chocolat in 2011. The Louis d'Or Estate is unique in that the cocoa types are ICS [Imperial College Selection], the early Trinitario hybrids. They tend to exhibit fresh fruit [grapefruit, mango], florals, herbal [wood/cedar/pine] aromatics. Clay, I have a single Estate offering made from beans sourced there.
