She was our first roaster, and now that a brand new 15kg drum roaster is coming, I wanted to celebrate this great 10 year old maytag that roasted her heart out while we were starting up. It took several revisions (drum/vs no drum, modified door) better venting, etc.) This was how Bertha looked the first time we had a really amazing roast.
