Share 'Looking for contract manufacturer for couverture bars'

Hi all, I am currently looking for a reliable chocolate manufacturer to produce a quality 50g chocolate bar (to my own specific design). There seem to be very few manufacturers in Sydney who have the capacity to do so.   I know there is a larger chocolate making community in Melbourne- I will work with these if I have to. Does anyone know a manufacturer in Sydney (does not have to be bean to bar)…
