Share 'Favorite Chocolates?'

Why don't we all share our favorite chocolate (I know, there's never one!) with our tasting notes? That way we can compare and contrast and hopefully find new chocolates that will appeal to our individual palettes. I'll share some of mine when I have my notes later tonight. :)
