Share 'Custom Impression Mats?'

Hello Everyone, I'm wondering where I can find something like an impression mat.  I make chocolate bars and I would like the underside of the bar to read the name of the bar.  Does anyone know of anyone that custom makes this sort of thing?  Since I run a super small operation, I would just need a few of them.
