Share 'Help me find this hot chocolate!'

Hi, I'm hoping that someone out there will be able to help me once again find this hot chocolate that I bought probably some 10 years ago now. If memory serves me correct, I saw this written up in some magazine. It was ready made, came in a glass jar, and was solid at room temperature. When you heated it, it liquified and you were able to drink it. I assume that it probably had a high cocoa butte…
