Share 'Custom Boxes'

I'm really not happy with the selection of stock chocolate boxes out there.   For those that have already done it or looked into it, what can I expect to pay out for a selection of say 3 sizes (5 piece, 10pc & 20pc?) in a small to moderate quantity or minimum order? I
