Share 'Chocolate Europe- Brussels, Berlin...'

I am going all over Europe this summer. While the schedule is somewhat flexible, there are a few cities that I am definitely hitting: Brussels, Berlin, and Prague. I know the former is a chocophile heaven, but it would be great to know if anyone would recommend a place there in particular or anywhere else in: Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, or the Czech Republic.
