You read it right. A garlic caramel. Covered in chocolate. One of a selection of about a dozen confections from Nobile Cioccolato presented after the dinner at the Whisky Castle. It was really, really garlicky when you first bit into it and the caramel gooshed out. The garlic flavor quickly subsided and, believe it or not, the final flavor on the tongue was chocolate. Definitely an acquired taste - but technically impeccable.
