Lozarner ragetropfli
A local Luzern specialty. Ragetropfli roughly translated (please don't ask me to pronounce it) means raindrop and the shape of these pieces is vaguely reminiscent of a raindrop. Inside is a multi-part center. A kernel of ganache is suspended in a liqueur. What sort of umbrella do you need for these?
