What's so special about lemongrass vodka. Nothing really. What's special is that one of the bon bons on the slate tray (the one all the way to the left) has a ganache center that is made with the lemongrass vodka. Hands down this is one of the best chocolates I have ever eaten. These were made by the same two guys that make the garlic caramel, Nobile Cioccolato. They also make a piece with a center made with pureed carrot. Sounds weird. Bright orange inside. Really really good.
