Maracaibo liquor for tasting

During the factory tour we were treated to the opportunity to taste the liquor from which the Maracaibo 65% dark, and Creole 49% and Criolait 38% milks are made. I've tasted a number of different liquors before and this is one of the most remarkable I can ever remember tasting. Not much bitterness or acidity, virtually no astringency, and a very clean taste even five minutes later.
