Molding rondos

Felchlin is the only company that molds their disks (they call them rondos) - every other company deposits them. There are several good reasons for molding. First is that you can put a logo in the mold. Second is that there is greater surface area for crystallization. The molds travel through a specially-designed cooling tunnel as the conventional linear tunnel approach would have to be something like 20-30 meters long.
