Hot chocolate presentation at Sprungli
There are shavings of chocolate on the top. However, this does not save the chocolate, which is thinner than what is served at Angelina in Paris. The little square speaks volumes. Although the label says Sprungli, the chocolate is Felchlin. 65% Maracaibo to be exact. Inside the store, bars made with Felchlin chocolates are featured everywhere.
