That is Chef Treand in the background. From memory, I can't confidently tell you if he is responsible for all of the airbrushing. I can ask.

OK, this is amazing!!! Is that the work of Stéphane Tréand? I would recognize his air brush work anywhere. OMG I think that's him walking in the background. Did he do the mask airbrush on the USA sugar piece too?
