I always pass this sign on my way to the port to Margarita island, and I have always wanted to go there but have never been able to.

I think the colloquial translation would be, "You are ON the Chocolate Route." We are not far from Rio Chico and the estate made famous by Cluizel - the Hacienda Concepcion.
