Middle Man Patio
Cacao from farmers is collected by a middleman in Ecuador for resale to an exporter. If the cacao is not dry enough, the middleman finishes the drying on this patio in front of the office. This patio fronts a main road so the drying cacao is exposed to car exhaust.
