For more information on TCHO and my comments on the version of the beta chocolate I tasted, read my blog post (it's in the January archive). This is also beta packaging so I am not sure if the final bar wrapping will look like this. You can go to TCHO.com to order. Beta bars are $4 each and shipping is a flat $5 irrespective of the number of bars you buy. I am visiting with Timothy Childs and Louis Rossetto when I am in San Francisco at the end of the month so I hope to have more news and photos then.

Where is this choc available? Is it special/ different? Looks very unique...do you recomment it?
