Comment by Thomas Forbes on August 2, 2012 at 9:51am Miguel at the Sendero de Cacao called me on my birthday and told me to stop by to see him. I had mentioned the day before that I would like to try zapote with chocolate. He went to the market and bought some zapotes, processed them into a filler and made these amazing chocolates. If the Rizeks come out with a zapote and chocolate, I hope they give me a little credit.
