This chocolate just melts with no effort and as it does so, it releases a variety of fruity notes that seem to lift off the tongue. After they’ve hit the roof of your mouth then a second flavour takes over. This flavour is more of a Mellow Birds coffee flavour. There’s also vanilla and caramel in their too. This bar is a complex creature. It’s sleek and sophisticated exterior belies a more intriguing creation inside. My hat off to them.
