To make the chocolate base for our bars only cocoa and sugar are used, no emulsifiant or aromas, not even additional cocoa butter.
All Bouga CacaO chocolate bars are produced in Ecuador, in close cooperation between the Hacienda staff and Ecuacocoa, a small, but well equipped processing plant in Guayaquil.
